We provide NHS trusts with an NHS Improvement approved way to source all of their agency staffing needs through frameworks for both clinical and non-clinical agency staff.
Our primary NHS Improvement approved route for all types of temporary clinical staff is the Multidisciplinary Temporary Healthcare Personnel (RM3711) framework and, for non-clinical roles, the Non-Medical Non-Clinical (RM971) framework. These are supported by a framework for workforce management (staff banks).
There are a number of updates regarding our health workforce frameworks to be aware of:
Non-Medical Non-Clinical Staff
Non-Medical Non-Clinical (NMNC) temporary staffing (RM971) has been extended for 2 years to 30 June 2019. This extension will ensure you continue to have an NHS Improvement compliant route to market for your non-clinical temporary staffing needs. We have been working with closely with some of the NHS procurement hubs to collaborate on the delivery of better value to customers through the use of this framework.
Workforce Management (RM1072), for the management of outsourced staff banks, has also been extended. It will now run until 14 June 2018, and there is an option to extend for a final year to June 2019. Whether you are looking to set up a new bank, outsource your existing in-house bank or enhance and expand your existing arrangement, we can help you.
Allied Health Professionals, Health Science and Emergency Services Temporary Staff
Allied Health Professionals, Health Science and Emergency Services Temporary Staff (RM959) has been extended until 31 March 2018 to ensure continuity of service.
Locum Doctors and Agency Nurses & Social Care
Locum Doctors (RM1570) will expire on 30 June and Agency Nursing and Social Care (RM970) will expire on 31 July. Trusts with requirements for locum doctors or agency nursing and social care staff should now use the NHS Improvement approved Multidisciplinary Temporary Healthcare Personnel (RM3711), which provides a way to source all your temporary clinical staff needs through a single framework.
