Current government policy is to move away from large, single vendor IT outsourcing contracts to multi-vendor, disaggregated environments.
When disaggregation is done successfully, it can achieve over 40% in savings, transform how people work contributing to more efficient delivery of services. It also allows you to assess the ongoing value for money of more commoditised and standardised products and services via marketing leading suppliers.
What does this mean for me? Where do I start? To what degree do I do this? This session will help you find answers to those questions.
