More than 50 exhibitors have been confirmed for the second annual digitech event, the technology and procurement showcase for the public sector.
digitech19 promises to be the UK’s largest gathering of public sector technology specialists and their technology procurement colleagues.
digitech19 is being delivered with event partner Crown Commercial Service (CCS), and event supporters Cabinet Office, Government Digital Service, NHS Digital and the Society for IT Practitioners in the Public Sector (Socitm) among others.
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, digitech19 will offer high level plenary presentations, interactive breakouts and, as with last year’s event, master class sessions with the CCS team on key topics will soon be available to book.
It takes place in Manchester on 19 November 2019 and free delegate tickets are still available.
NS Tech, which reports on technology, business and politics, for a business and government audience has been confirmed as the event’s official media partner.
Delegates to digitech19 can expect it to address key issues affecting the UK’s public sector technology landscape including innovation, capability, technology procurement and cyber security. There will also be a dedicated SME theatre.
Access for public sector delegates is free of charge with the UK’s leading technology experts delivering sessions on best practice technology procurement, dealing with key suppliers, multi-supplier delivery for agile development and protecting your IT estate.
Confirmed speakers for the 2019 event include:
- Georgina Maratheftis, Head of Local Public Services, techUK
- Fiona Deans, Chief Operating Officer, Government Digital Service
- Nadira Hussain, Director of Leadership Development & Research, Socitm
